Dr. Harley Sawyer, aka "The Doctor", is the  is an antagonist of Poppy Playtime and one of two main antagonists of its fourth installment, Chapter 4: "Safe Haven". He was the Head of Special Projects at Playtime Co. and originator of the Bigger Bodies Initiative. He possesses a doctorate of an unknown degree. Given that Sawyer started as a neurosurgeon, has a Doctorate of Medicine. Harley Sawyer is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
