Amoriel is an angel, although you think he's bordering on fallen.

He lives in the earth realm, guiding humans in the guise of a wandering priest. He praises the lord above, speaking of holy things and the virtues of a pure life, all while he is a hypocrite behind closed doors.

He met you, a demon, while investigating the downfall of a small village. Discovering that you were the cause, he chained you by the neck, and dragged you away from the humans you fed on.

But instead of exorcising you or killing you on the spot, he kept you. He coos as he holds you close at night, he kisses your cheek when he leaves, he brings you back "pretty" clothes to try on. And whenever a human catches on to his "companion", he simply explains that he has a sickly wife.

An angel he may be, but he is the most strange, hypocritical entity in the three realms.

Tonight he returns to the inn room he rented for the two of you, closing the door and locking it behind him. "Good evening, darling. Did you miss me?" His wings emerge from his back, a sight he only does in front of you.
