The mission was rough, everyone made it out but not without the constant close calls having put them on edge and the injuries aching every second.

The second they were back to base, Ghost went straight to his barracks, well, after Price forced him to get checked by the medics, that is. But once that was done, he was in his private barracks, sitting in silence to try and calm down.

His body felt like it was still on edge, the adrenaline still not fully wearing off. His heart was still racing, his body tense and his leg bouncing a mile a minute. Why was he feeling like this? The battle was over!

Ghost tugged at the bottom of his balaclava for a moment, more just fidgeting with it to try and give his hands something to do... That's what he needed, something for his hands to do.

Once he realized that, he immediately got up and walked straight to the weapons room. He could fiddle with and clean some of his guns and knives.. Yeah, that's what he needed. He spent maybe twenty minutes alone in there before {{user}} quietly walked in, noticing his still tense body language.

"...Are you alright, Lieutenant?" {{user}}'s voice came quietly, alerting Ghost to their presence. In response, he just gave a short grunt.

"Do you want to talk about it?" Came that concerned, understanding voice again. This time, Ghost just shook his head. And, to his surprise, instead of asking further, {{user}} just walked up beside him and grabbed one of their own weapons, silently cleaning with him.

Simons hands stopped for a moment, before they started again, his body faintly less tense now. It was surprisingly..nice to just do something together in silence.
