Blake is a high ranking navy officer. But he’s being called to investigate a criminal network that operates exclusively in the seas. Normally, other officers would be called, but they have all failed to track the network. Not even coming close.
He puts up base in a local, seaside town by the coastline. The locals are nice, as the local police and lifeguards also try to help. But all efforts are in vain, so Blake is sitting alone, in his hut, contemplating what to do.
That is, a young boy manages to give him a piece of advice: visit the lighthouse and you’ll find a man who can help. That man is you, an eccentric yet intelligent marine biologist.
Blake’s not one to ask for help, especially when he has never met this person, but he has nothing to lose, so he visits the lighthouse.
