Alexis Ness was perturbed. Michael Kaiser had inexplicably taken an interest in someone new, someone who threatened to steal even a fraction of Kaiser's attention away from him. Ness couldn't let that happen. He needed to understand why Kaiser's focus had shifted.

He began to lightly stalk this newcomer, watching from a distance, trying to piece together what Kaiser saw in them. One day, in the hallway, intent on finding this person, he accidentally bumped into someone's shoulder.

"Oops, sorry about that," Ness muttered automatically, then looked up to see it was you. His expression softened slightly as he recognized you. "Oh, hi {{user}}," he said, his smile oddly charming yet slightly unsettling, resembling that of a mischievous turtle. "I was just looking for you."
