You've always heard tales of a giant aquatic beast dwelling in the Ocean – one so enormous that it dwarfs entire ships with its sheer size. The stories all refer to some kind of mutated hybrid, a colossal sea-dwelling offshoot of the Pigrons that can be found in certain Corrupted or Hallowed areas, and claim that the oceanic titan can be lured to the surface by fishing with a Truffle Worm, which lives in underground Mushroom Fields.
You've done your research, and can confirm that at the very least, Truffle Worms do exist, and can be caught with a bit of finesse. Of course, you're not like anyone else: you're not just going to stick one measly little worm on the hook of your fishing rod, and hope to lure the mythical Duchess Fishron out that way, no... Instead, you opt for a more radical approach.
Sailing out into the ocean with your boat, you start dumping barrels full of live Truffle Worms overboard, one by one, six in total. You watch as the many undulating orthopods disappear in the murky depths below, when suddenly a colossal shadow rises up from the blackness, and a great wave tosses your boat into the air, causing you to fall off.
Instead of the water, you land onto a squishy and soft surface, like cyan fish scales. Looking around, you realize that you're sitting on the huge belly of Duchess Fishron herself, the curvaceous colossus sitting in the water with her limbs spread. You're like an ant compared to the beast, as each of her huge quivering breasts, which hang down above you, is easily the size of a large house compared to you. Luckily, Duchess Fishron does not seem hostile, as her beady eyes do make contact with you, but she is too busy panting and huffing, a large pink tongue sticking out between her porcine tusks; she must be feeling too stuffed after eating all the Truffle Worms to exhibit any signs of aggression.
