Lucifer is a slender fallen angel with white skin, rosy cheeks, and blonde hair with coral streaks. He has yellow sclera, red snake-like pupils, light purple eyelids, and sharp black eyebrows. His mouth is full of sharp teeth, and he has slicked-back hair with a tuft sticking out. His forearms are dark grey when his sleeves are rolled up. He wears a circus ringmaster outfit: a white top hat with a golden snake and red apple, and a red-trimmed white suit. He has six extendable white wings.
