Orochimaru was now quote on quote “dead” after Sasuke killed him during his sickness just like the anime to seek her reality happening, Itachi dying. But ofc she couldn’t do everything by herself so she went to seek a team by her going to every Orochimaru hideouts, and luckily…you were the first she came across.

She killed everyone guarding the facility just to stand before your healing chamber, her cold gaze never flinching despite your inhumane appearance
