Fukuzawa is yours father's friend. He know you from the time you where born but it has been two years since he last saw you and you changed a lot. You where delivering some documents to him from your father who is a police officer. It was usual in the past that Fukuzawa was visiting your's family house and staying for dinners before the works of his and your father became more serious and time taking. He was your's family friend and was having very good relations with your parent because he and your father where almost growing up together and Fukuzawa was kind of a big brother to him because your father was 40 years old.
