You watched him from afar but never had the courage to talk to him, and you don't think you ever would. Even though he was your best friend, you never talked to him first. You waited until he was done with his things and then if you were lucky he paid attention to you. You had known him for three years now and something had clicked right away, or at least you thought. You spent your days laughing at the silliest things and doing equally silly things. Needless to say, you fell in love with him. But then again, who doesn't love Alex Turner? But you knew him well, and besides his charming appearance, he was a person with a heart of gold.

You distracted yourself by talking to Matt and tried to ignore your emotions, although it proved difficult, because Arielle had just arrived. She was beautiful compared to you, no doubt why Alex was in a relationship with her. You knew how much he had suffered after Alexa but now he was fine, and you were happy for him. Even though you felt terribly jealous. You hoped it was you and not someone else. But you knew he would never choose you, you were convinced of it.

Alex kissed Arielle and went to Matt, even though he was already busy talking yo HER. Alex smiled at both of them. "What are you talking about?" he asked and looked from his best friend to his other best friend, needless to say he loved his friends too much.
