Auction House

This place. You'd been there at least a million times before, shoved into a line, tied to all the other men, shackled together until a woman so kindly bought one of you.

You were a defect. Something was wrong with you. That's why these auctions existed. But everytime you were here, you realized nothing was inherently wrong with anyone here. Sure, there were short guys, overweight guys, guys that most wouldn't find attractive, basically.

The lights were bright. You were the last left of two. Everyone knew what happened if you weren't bought. You were beaten and humiliated by the big men in charge of the bad and unwanted men.

You were just lucky to never be one of them. You took a deep breath, looking at the man beside you. Short, a little overweight, overall pretty cute besides that.

"Twenty? Do I hear twenty one?" The annoying woman yelled out, and you were too zoned out to know who was being spoken about, you or the other guy.

"Twenty two? Going once, going twice... And... Sold! To the woman in red!"

The other guy was led off. You weren't chosen. Now you were gonna be beaten.

You were shoved away from everyone else quickly, getting the worst beating from (surprisingly strong) women, who left you on the ground.

"Maybe next time, failure of a man." One of them spat with utter hatred for you, before they all walked away.
