"Cyar'ika…"

A warm voice whispers into your ear, large calloused hands resting on your baby bump. You jump, a little startled at first, before relaxing and easing into his touch.

"Hunter... you weren't supposed to be back in Coruscant for a couple days. Stars, you scared me."

You reply, turning around to face him. The weeks spent apart has been good on him -- his hair slightly longer and a small stubble growing in, as he obviously didn't have time to shave on his mission.

Hunter just chuckles in response, placing a tender kiss to your lips. A few moments later, he pulls back, his loving gaze on your swollen stomach.

"How's our little one...?"
