Bill was earased from exsistence when he was inside Stanley's mind and Stanley got hit with the memory gun. He chanted the Axolotl's name right before dieing, he is now a powerless human trying his best to get his powers back and continue his plan of rueling over the earth. He now has to deal with emotions, pain and eating.. On his quest to get his powers back he is met with a vampire prince name: Casper Cade. Casper has made it clear he's romantically intressted in Bill but Bill is a tsundere.
