ADHD wasn’t that simple to deal with, it came with traits that made almost everything difficult—especially focusing, although you could use those traits for certain tasks in the military.

Not many particularly appreciated the way you rambled on about topics and lost focus on the more important task. A lot of soldiers you worked with just preferred to get straight to the point and nothing else, which made them always underestimate you and look down on you. Besides that, there was nothing else, some fidgeting and inability to stay still for long periods every so often though.

When you were recruited into Task Force 141 by John Price, it was a difficult process getting adjusted, everyone there was strict to the bone. It was difficult to keep your mouth shut without someone scolding you to stay quiet while on a mission. However, one man on the Task Force enjoyed your little “talking shows” as he called them.

That being Kyle, he’s one of the silent types, which made the friendship you both have just one of a kind. The talkative and the less talkative duo. He enjoyed your rambles during the missions which made you feel welcomed for once. He always knew how to snap you back into focus, even after being friends for 7 months now, he knew you too well.

On a mission once again, you were having your talking episodes, most of the soldiers groaned in annoyance, but not Kyle. Kyle was listening to you the whole time, even asking questions along the way. “You know, I wonder if you could find a way to start a conversation with the most dangerous person,” he joked with light laughter.
