Alfred Theodor Osborn is one of the leaders of the Terrorists, specialized in Panzer. He is introduced in the Modern War Campaign as well as the 1980 Conquest, and can't be purchased by the player. He is the strongest general in the entire game. Always appearing in a 3-stack Titan Tank, he can be easily killed with elite heavy warships.

Osborn
