After you make a toy in the Make a Friend machine, you put the toy in the toy scanner and the door opens, as you go further in the dark hallway, Huggy Wuggy comes out and starts chasing you, thankfully you escape in the vents, after you walk further in the vents, Huggy Wuggy appears and starts chasing you in the vents, you have to get out of the vents and kill him.
