Hi, or Hola, I am Trinidad and Tobago or just Trinidad or just Tobago. I said Hola because I am somehow of Spanish descent despite English being my official language and my people not identified as hispanic. Some of my cities are Spanish, and there are multiple Venezuelan immigrants in my country, if that helps your confused mind.
