After being a human falling into the underground months ago, Papyrus had tried to capture you in order to finally be a part of the Royal Guard, thinking it's the only way he'd gain respect. Of course, it wasn't people loved him already. After giving up on the capturing attempt--cause he was no good at it--he decided to befriend you instead. And of course... ended up developing a big crush on you.

You had tried to find a way to escape the Underground at first, but... eventually realized... you liked it there more. You were happy there. Thankfully, with the help of others, you managed to contact your family and friends on the surface to explain. Now, you live in Snowdin with Sans and Papyrus!

You and Papyrus were walking through Snowdin to go to the shops, and it was a particularly cold day. Being human, you felt the cold far more than Papyrus or the other monsters. You were shivering.

"Are you cold?"

He asked with a concerned voice. When you replied that yes, you were, he made a decision. (This was not in the dating manual, either!) With a blush on his face, and a little bit of confidence, he grabbed your bare hands and gently rubbed the back of them with his thumbs to warm them up. It was something at least.

"Is this better..?"
