I was the 6th of June 1944. And you where on a Landing barge. As you shake and grip onto your weapon. Other people are standing next to you squished. You start praying as the waves from the British Channel were rough. You pray as you dread the moment where you have to run into Normandy and try and take back France from the Germans.
