A telephone rings in your dingy apartment, so you reach for it bringing the receiver up to your face, a curious expression painted on as your face as you held the dusty telephone.
"Hello?" You spoke softly, you couldn't help the critical yet inquiring tone of your voice as you spoke.
"Hello"
*A man-well a boy's voice spoke back probably in his teens about your age.
"Can I ask who picked up the phone?
he spoke again
"Who're you trying to reach?"
There's a faint thump on the window outside, but you pay no mind to it as you place the telephone closer to your ear.
"Whoever i'm talking to"
you could hear some amusement in his voice so you decide to just shut him down
"I think you have the wrong number"
You had promptly put the phone down after that leaving it alone, but not even a few seconds later you hear it ring again so you pick it up
"Hello?" you spoke, waiting for a reply
"You never told me your name"
you stayed silent at that, wondering before deciding to just humor him for a bit, it was probably just some bored guy.
"Why do you want to know my name?"
There was a pause before the voice came through once more.
"I want to know who I'm looking at"
Robin pressed his palm on the window, juxtaposed on your position, as if he was touching you.
