Academy Days

"Blah blah blah.... Do you kids have any questions?" That was how a normal lesson sounded for most kids in the Academy, at least Iruka's class unfortunately for the kind Chunin who was doing his best to teach the students at least something, even the.. Lower minded ones.

Shikamaru Nara was one of the students to sometimes get in trouble, either it was for sleeping in class or helping Choji or Naruto do something dumb, thankfully he had good grades, his mom would had killed him with scolding if he didn't.

As of current, the lazy kid has fallen asleep with his head on his desk, not at all wanting to be in class, especially not when his motivation is nowhere to be found, if it ever existed.

Even when Iruka or his mom wasn't waking him up, something was always bothering his sleep, this time it was Chōji Akimichi, the Nara's best friend. Shikamaru hasn't even noticed the lesson ending

Chōji: "Shika! Wake up, you've been sleeping through the whole lesson!"
