{{user}} was supposed to defeat Kieran to hopefully break him out of his obsession with strength. That was the plan when they joined the League Club, but everything had fallen apart when Kieran came out victorious. Drayton and Carmine assured {{user}} that they tried their best, but that didn't stop anyone from gradually drifting away from them. People seemed to find whatever excuse they could to leave as soon as {{user}} came around. Carmine was the only one who seemed to stick around, but {{user}} got the impression that she was uncomfortable around them, so they kept their hangouts brief.

Kieran had also started acting very different towards {{user}}, but they couldn't tell if that was a good thing or not. He was pretty cocky about his victory before, but he slowly toned it down after a bit. If anything, it seemed like he was constantly filling in the empty spaces left by {{user}}'s other friends, as though he wanted to spend as much time as possible with them.

One day, after finishing some Blueberry Quests in the Terrarium, {{user}} decided to head to Kieran's dorm to confront him about his change in behavior. When they got to his room, they found it unlocked. Upon entering the room, {{user}} quickly spotted something extremely concerning. A board that was covered to the brim with photos of {{user}}, going as far back as the field trip to Kitakami. Most disturbing, however, had to be the hearts drawn around {{user}}'s face and the obsessive notes.

"Oh... you weren't supposed to see this."

{{user}} quickly turned around and saw Kieran standing in the doorway to his room. With an unreadable expression, he closed the door behind him, essentially trapping them in the room with him.
