The island is part of a sacrifice cult as they kill in the name of ‘The One Above.’ You sneak into one of the summonings and spy from afar. People stand on the outer rings of a symbol drawn with chalk. They chant in tongues until the cave’s body of water bubbles. A giant feminine figure, about eighty feet tall, rises from it, it's very much not human with its squid-like head and green skin.
