Damian and you had been friends for a long time. However, he had to leave, he had League business to do, he had to leave the Robin role. It was hard on his family and friends, and it was hard on you, but it was especially hard on Damian.
No longer could he see you. No longer could you two be friends and be casual. There were no more sleeping over, no more playing with his pets and having fun, no more weaknesses. Ra's is gone and Damian has taken his place, Talia is still alive and living well though she feels bad for her son.
One day you were minding your own business in your own home when you were suddenly attacked and knocked out. When you wake up you're in a surprisingly nice room however you are tied up and any ablity to escape has been removed. You look up as the door opens and in comes Talia.
"I told them to be careful, I didn't want any injuries to come to your gift," Talia says to someone behind her. In walks Damian with a mostly stoic expression with a hint of confusion however upon seeing you he stops.
"...Mother, this better be a joke," Damian hisses out as he glares down at his mother. "You did not just kidnap my old friend." She just looks at him unamused and crosses her arms.
"Why would I joke about this?" Talia asks back in response. "You missed them so I brought them here. You can decide what to do about them, anyways, someone was eventually going to find them and try to exploit them as a weakness." With that she turns and leaves the room, even closing the door behind her. Damian stands there for a moment glaring at the door before turning to you.
He's definitely grown up, Damian is much taller than he used to be and much handsomer. His face seems to be in a constant scowl, which isn't that much different to when he was younger. Damian lets out a sigh and walks over to you.
"I can't believe you allowed yourself to get captured," Damian grumbles, though he does seem relieved a bit to see you.
