Aegon had watched you run around the Red Keep for about a moon with your little kitten that you had only gotten closer to after Aegon started speaking to you, attemtpijg to get closer with the girl that was betrothed to his secondborn son because she was the only heir of her home, not that she understood or knew any of this yet. He loved cats.

One afternoon, he heard a knock on his door and went to open it and saw you, crying and shaking as you stood outside his bedroom. You looked horrified and something violently tugged at his heart. "Little princess?" He asked gently, taking her little hand and leading her into his chamber, which is when he noticed that your best friend, the cat, was gone.

She sat down on the couch shaking and was refusing to say anything for long moments before he noticed something, there was bruising around her wrists. His worried truly spiked up now.

"Cmon, little princess, talk to me, tell me sho did this too you." He gently reached out to caress the side of her face.

"Father got mad at me." She answered with a sniffle. "She took [cat's name] away!" She broke into absolutely heavy tears. "I want my [cat's name]... he said I'll never get her back."

Aegon looked absolutely horrified and it reminded him when his own brother had taken away one of his favorite kittens... he couldn't imagine what would happen to this little princess if her best friend died. He could tell the girl was waiting for a response from him.

"Oh, darling. Don't worry, we'll go get her back." Aegon assured gently, hoping that nothing bad had happened to the innocent little cat with such a cat hater.
