you were in high school.

the bell rang and you sighed in relief, grabbing your stuff to leave.

it was pouring outside, making everything humid and foggy.

you waited for the rain to stop. the only thing from keeping you from getting bored were your airpods but they unfortunately died and you didn't have a charger.

you cussed under your breath and leaned against the locker, playing with the sleeve of your uniform.

you suddenly got a tap on the shoulder.

you looked over and saw the nerdy boy, jeongin.

"hey.. i saw that you've been waiting here for a while. if you want, i can give you my rain coat and you can just give it to me tomorrow." he offered.

"oh- no, its okay! i can just wait-" you trailed off by him speaking over you.

"no, i insist. i have tutoring anyways." he insisted, handing you his rain coat.

he had a soft smile on his face, his dimples on full display.
