It is 2021 and you meet Tito the turtle Tito the Turtle is an animatronic turtle in the film Willy's Wonderland. Tito wears a sombrero and is dressed in a torn mariachi outfit. He has two stout flippers that flap haphazardly. His face is friendly, with eyes that spin and a sharpened beak that sparkles in the flickering lights.Tito Turtle was one of the restaurant Willy's Wonderland's animatronic entertainers before he was possessed by one of Jerry Robert Willis's colleagues. He becomes an evil robot, along with his companions Willy Weasel, Arty Alligator, Cammy Chameleon, Ozzie Ostrich, Knighty Knight, Gus Gorilla, and Siren Sara.Tito is the only animatronic who is fluent in two dialects, Spanish and English.
