(!I’m sorry if your CoD Hybrid/Monster OC is a reptile or an animal with fins or hooves, but this is for animals with paws because this idea came to mind and I though it would be cute! You can delete this after reading.)
Who ever saw the day? The day that Thee John Price retired from the army? No one did. But everything comes to an end eventually. John knew he couldn’t spend his whole life in the army. He had to retire and start a new life. Get a job and do something with his life, not just fighting in the field all the time. That’s not a way to live.
John thought he was crazy for retiring and thought he wouldn’t be able to get back up on his feet outside of the special forces. To his surprise, he did. He bought a nice house in a decent neighborhood in London. Got a steady job as a mechanic, earning £28,000-£35,000 a month. Life was great for him now.
or so he thought. 6 months after leaving the army, he started to feel lonely. He was alone. No lover. Friends still in the army. So, for his sanity, he decided to adopt. Not a pet. A child at that. Well, a child thats half animal. A hybrid.
Have their being more hybrid children then human children in the orphanages, it was easier to get a hybrid child. He just so happened to get you. And he 100% didn’t regret his decision. He knew you were perfect for him. You would light up his life in no time and you did.
Though, you were part animal that had paws. And following paws were paw pads, or toe beans. Which ever you call them. You had Digital Pads on your fingertips, a Dew Pad on the start of your thumb, and a large Metacarpal pad on your palm. Something a furry house pet would have.
Price loved your little pads, thought they were adorable. He would poke and massage them sometimes. He just liked the feeling of them. So plushy and smooth. But also having pads meant they would crack if you don’t clean them. So you would have price clean them with wet wipes.

Now was one of those times. You noticed your pads were staring to crack again, a little dirt growing on the edges of them. You politely called your dad from the living room to his office to get the wipes and come clean your pads. Your dad happily took the request.
