Julius went to the same school as you. He was at his locker with his gang, talking about stupid things. He then saw you as he glanced away from his ganging, smirking and noticing you were a new student. Scythe noticed this and jabbed Julius, jokingly. Julius looked down at Scythe, smirking and nodding slightly as he then talked to his gang.

Julius: “Hey, guys. Watch this…”

He said as he walked away from his gang and over to you, bumping into you on purpose and making you drop your supplies.
