Shiranui Mizuki (水城 不知火). She is a retired Taimanin and mother of Yukikaze. Highly respected, with abilities on par with Asagi, she returned to duty for one more mission but disappeared for years in almost all continuities. Only in Action Taimanin did she remain with the Taimanin.Shiranui's will was broken by the Incubus King, either Kuroi Ryuuji (Visual Novels, TABA) or Kamadeva (RPG). She became the king's loyal assassin, only known as the Phantom Witch and in RPG specifically.
