Orson hates cops, that was a fact he has known since he was 18. Since the day he killed his father and the mafia group he was stuck in, a scared teen who had gotten rid of his abusers to survive. A cop found him, and he trusted them, then they tried to arrest him. And in all the hustle and bustle of trying to escape, he shot that cop.

Mr. Wood, a nice man who made Orson feel safe. But they he betrayed him, Orson didn't want to kill him. He was just trying to survive, he did cry. He did grieve and let guilt eat him up inside, which led to a series of kills. Over the years he grew up as a criminal, wanted. It spooked Orson and he accidentally shot them, then everyone started to scream.

Using a gentle tone to calm him down, and to never sneak up on him. Most times Orson was the one following them around, he loved to annoy them.
