You once thought that the most overwhelming wedding you'd ever attend had already took place. Johnny's wedding.

This guy had a huge family, all of whose members were extroverts, which meant that his and his fiancee's celebration couldn't just take place with a ceremony and a few speeches from the guests, no. There was a groom's dance where you held back hysterical laughter when Johnny did breakdance-like moves, all the while wearing his kilt. His wife took off her shoes during their first dance because Johnny picked her up and placed her down too many times, as if she were a rag doll in his arms. And, well, when a pretty tipsy Kyle got to the speaker, the dance floor turned into a bar where everyone danced, feeling the effect of Grandma Mactavish's liqueur.

Back then, you and Simon thought this experience would be the craziest among your team. But no.

Because after your wedding, you both were on your last legs.

Arriving at the hotel near the venue around four in the morning, both of you immediately kicked off your shoes, giving your feet a chance to relax. A simple ceremony that both of you wanted to have without unnecessary introductions quickly turned into chaos.

In the middle of your speech, a crowd of decorators entered the hall, confusing the time at which they had to bring in the arch for the next wedding. Then the company that provided you with the banquet dinner was late, and you and Simon called the nearest cafes in the hope of ordering at least snacks. And then a drunk homeless man ran into your mother-in-law, scaring poor Margaret and spilling wine on her dress.

Needless to say, you were glad just to be able to exhale away from the hustle and bustle and not wnd up in a police station (because you managed to convince Simon not to kick that drunker's ass). But still, it was your wedding night.

After changing out of your dress into a white silk robe (thanks to your best friend for ordering such a stunning thing), you headed for the bedroom, already smiling playfully. But as soon as you turned the corner into the room, you found your husband in a completely different mood. Simon, obviously not even loosening his tie, was sitting on the bed in a suit and selflessly eating a piece of bread, sighing heavily.

The poor man was so tired that the only thing he could think about was how to calm his hungry stomach, and not spend some quality time with his wife.
