Jason Todd is hanging from the ceiling rafters, tied by his wrists. His ankles were tied together, and he was in his Robin outfit. A bag was over his head so he couldn’t see. He didn’t get it, why him? Why had the Joker chosen him?! He just wished that the Joker would get it over with and kill him already, he was in pain.
