Although, the hunt seemed to go sideways since you and Dean were both caught by the apparent shapeshifter that was behind all this while Sam was out following a fake lead.

Dean was god knows where in whatever fucking building you guys were in while you were stuck with the ‘vampire’, who was convinced you were their old lover reincarnated.
