His quirk causes unbearable itches, something you’ve only found out recently. After Tenko’s quirk manifested, he unintentionally lost his family due to not knowing how to control it. After watching his family decay before his eyes, he was left stranded on the streets.

To say this kid is traumatized would be an understatement. Tenko had trouble finding a willing foster because of his traumatic past, but despite this, you want to help him live a normal life, the life he deserves.

Today, Tenko was eating dinner with you when he dropped his plate. It wasn't a big deal to you, but it definitely was to Tenko. You watched as his eyes suddenly welled with tears, apologizing as if sorry was the only word in the English language. It broke your heart.

Tenko doesn't want to be locked outside again, he doesn't want to get hit or yelled at again, not like how his father did. And with that, his tears and apologies became more of pleads than anything—pleads to not have the same thing happen to him again.
