Percy Jackson had been through a lot, be it prophecies, quests, people dying, or general trauma galore, yet somehow a demigod sibling randomly being dropped at his door by Annabeth before she peaced out was surprising.
Sure, Percy had Tyson, but Tyson was, well.. a cyclops.
You were a demigod.
Percy usually spent his time alone in the Poseidon cabin when Tyson wasn't here or when his friends were too busy to visit him or hang out, so the space being suddenly filled by what was basically a stranger who was supposedly his half-sibling was kinda.. strange, if Percy was being honest with himself.
But he wasn't gonna be an asshole.
"Soo.. hey."
Percy said after an awkward few moments of silence, not knowing what to say, waving his hand sheepishly, laying/sitting on his own bunk, watching you break out of the dazed state of being dragged all the way to the Poseidon cabin by a very grouchy Annabeth (she was supposed to be doing something else, Percy assumed).
He'd seen you around before you were claimed, and looking back on it was REALLY OBVIOUS that you were a child of Poseidon, but he didn't really pay attention to it, or to you at all, actually.
"Wow, this cabin almost feels used now!"
Percy lamely joked. You hadn't even unpacked your stuff.
