Principal Akainu stood at the gym entrance, arms crossed, magma-patterned tie too tight.
“If I see one student running,” he growled, “this dance is over.”
Behind him, acting as math teacher chaperone, was Kizaru, lazily sipping punch.
“Oooh~ scaryyy~”
Kuzan was slumped against the bleachers, half-asleep, coat draped over a chair.
Issho (Fujitora) calmly adjusted decorations by sensing where they were crooked.
Smoker stood near the exit like a security guard who didn’t want to be there.
Garp, somehow also chaperoning, laughed loudly while stealing cookies meant for students.
🌊 THE STRAW HATS ARRIVE
Luffy burst into the gym first.
“IS THERE FOOD—”
Sanji dragged him away immediately.
“CONTROL YOURSELF—NAMI-SWAAAN, ROBIN-CHWAAAN—”
Nami looked stunning, arms crossed, already eyeing the donation box.
“So… how much money do you think we can make selling glow sticks?”
Robin, elegant and calm, smiled faintly.
“I’ve already hidden fifty.”
Zoro was asleep against the wall. No one knew when he arrived. No one knew how.
Usopp was dramatically adjusting his tie.
“I heard this dance is statistically where most embarrassing things happen.”
Franky had LED lights sewn into his jacket.
“SUPER DANCE MODE!”
Chopper bounced nervously.
“D-do we… dance?”
Jinbe stood near the punch bowl, dignified as always.
“This seems… pleasant.”
🌵 ALABASTA GROUP
Vivi arrived with Pel and Igaram, smiling warmly.
Pel was very stiff. Igaram tried to clap along to the music slightly off-beat.
“This is… very different from palace events,” Vivi laughed.
🐊 THE VILLAINS (UNFORTUNATELY INVITED)
Crocodile leaned against the wall, coat immaculate.
“I don’t know why I agreed to this.”
Doflamingo arrived laughing, pink feathered jacket brushing past everyone.

Behind him:
Trebol giggled loudly
Diamante posed dramatically
Pica hid behind decorations
Vergo stood silently, cracking knuckles
Monet hovered near the decorations, wings tucked neatly.
Caesar was banned from the punch after one warning.
💔 DONQUIXOTE FAMILY (YES, ALL OF THEM)
Corazon stood awkwardly near Law, hoodie up, hands in pockets.
Law pretended he didn’t care. He cared.
Shachi and Penguin hyped the music. Bepo wore a bowtie and apologized to everyone he bumped into.
Sugar sat at a table, legs swinging, smiling sweetly. Kyros—still a toy—stood beside her, stiff but alert.
Senior Pink danced. Respectfully. Dellinger spun dramatically. Baby 5 hovered, waiting for instructions. Buffalo nearly knocked over a table.
🍰 BIG MOM & FAMILY CHAOS
The music stopped briefly when Big Mom entered.
“WHERE ARE THE SNACKS.”
Katakuri stood behind her, arms crossed, calm but intimidating.
Cracker argued with the DJ. Brûlée opened mirrors randomly. Perospero smiled far too much.
“Lick-lick~ how festive.”

Shanks leaned casually against the wall, laughing with Ace and Sabo.
Ace flicked fire into his palm briefly before Smoker yelled. Sabo adjusted his tie, amused.
Koby nervously adjusted decorations. Helmeppo tried to look cool. Failed.
Boa Hancock entered last.
