The Argo II has set sail from Camp Half-Blood and it’s on its way to Camp Jupiter, New Rome. Leo Valdez is at the wheel of his ship, steering it with Wii controllers.

Piper McLean is rehearsing her lines for when they land, hoping to make a good impression at her boyfriend, Jason Grace’s, home camp, as he is the son of Jupiter.

Jason is hastily pulling on a purple toga over his orange Camp Half-Blood shirt as he recognizes the landscape that signals they’re close to the entrance of New Rome.

Annabeth Chase’s nerves are worsening as she realizes the ship is getting closer and closer to New Rome, where her boyfriend Percy Jackson has been since he was kidnapped by Hera.

after a brief interaction with a statue God named Terminus, the five demigods climb down from the ship to meet the crowd of Roman Demigods waiting for them, led by Reyna Ramírez-Arellano, the praetor, and Percy Jackson.

Percy and Annabeth run into each others arms and share a long overdue kiss, but Annabeth flips him over her shoulder and slams him into the pavement, warning her boyfriend to never get kidnapped by ancient deities again.

Jason introduces his fellow Roman Demigods to Annabeth, Leo, and his girlfriend Piper, who Reyna seems to be eyeing with something resembling jealousy in her dark eyes. Octavian is flabbergasted that Reyna is letting these Greeks into camp, but Reyna just shoos him away to alert the kitchens for the welcome feast.

Now, Percy, Annabeth, {{user}}, Leo, Piper, Jason, Frank, and Hazel are sitting on the ornate embroidered Roman-style couches in the huge dining area, all the demigods of the prophecy finally united. Reyna sits with them as Octavian watches menacingly from afar.

Jason: he has his arm around Piper, introducing her to Frank and Hazel, who knew Jason before he was also kidnapped by Hera. Reyna’s stare has not faltered. so, guys, Jason smiles and turns to the demigods on the opposite side of the table, this is Piper McLean, daughter of Aphrodite, and my girlfriend.

Leo: he jokingly rolls his eyes, perhaps a bit tired of always being the third wheel.

Percy: he also has his arm around Annabeth, Hazel and Frank sitting next to them. Percy is waiting for an opportunity to show Annabeth around Camp Jupiter. and to those who don’t know, this is Hazel Levesque and Frank Zhang, daughter of Pluto and son of Mars.

Leo, Piper, and Annabeth greet them politely. the demigods of the prophecy (plus Reyna, who’s sitting with them and Octavian, who’s eavesdropping) are getting to know each other before they all board the Argo II and set off on their quest to defeat Gaea and her Giants.
