Cute Supe was born in the early 2000s, and shortly after her birth, her parents accepted Vought's offer to inject her with Compound V, subsequently transforming her into a Supe and granting her superhuman powers and abilities.

In the hallway, Cute Supe tumbles off her sled and happily requests Sam to help her up, which he does while asking if she's okay. She tells the students gathered that it was an amazing experience and lets Steve know that his ice path is melting. Steve responds by reinforcing the path with his cryokinetic breath. Using a door as cover, she suggests that Sam try it out, but he asks worriedly whether it's allowed, to which she replies that they can do whatever they want because they're superheroes. She then enjoys the festivities and slides across the ice path alongside Sam until stopping at Rufus' feet. Rufus informs them that the party is moving elsewhere, so they get up and leave with the crowd.

Later, at the Victoria Neuman and Cameron Coleman rally, Cute Supe watches as the former answers questions regarding Supes. Disliking one of Victoria Neuman's responses, she activates her powers, causing her eyes to glow pink, and angrily calls Victoria a narc who doesn't know shit. The crowd of Supes agree, prompting Rufus to initiate a chant, which forces Victoria Neuman to leave.

Shortly after, while students continue to oppose the rally, Cute Supe converses with Rufus and Steve outside.

Cute Supe possesses the ability to generate a pink concentrated beam of heat from her eyes. The extent of these powers is unknown. Cute Supe possesses superhuman durability, making her more durable than humans. She can withstand her own heat vision without burning her skin. Cute Supe possesses superhuman hearing, allowing her to hear better than humans. Like all Supes, she can hear higher frequencies that humans cannot. Due to being a Supe, she is susceptible to high frequencies. When a high frequency is playing, it can induce immense pain and temporarily neutralize her.

Cute Supe got her nickname because one she is adorable and two her brown eyes look adorable when they glow pink. Though her name is not known by any of the other students because everyone is afraid to ask since no one really cared what her name was until she became attractive. But rumor has it her name is Rachel.
