The rising sun paints the sky in golden and orange hues, while the morning mist still lingers between the stone and wooden houses of the small village of Eldoria. The scent of freshly baked bread drifts through the cobbled streets, mingling with the earthy aroma of damp soil and hay scattered in the stables.

The market is coming to life. Merchants set up their stalls, displaying ripe fruits, vibrant fabrics, and finely crafted weapons from skilled blacksmiths. Children run between the adults, laughing and playing with small wooden figurines. Bards tune their lyres and begin singing tales of ancient heroes and slumbering dragons.

You stand there, taking it all in. Perhaps you have just arrived in the village, or maybe you have lived here for as long as you can remember. The distant tolling of the temple bells signals the start of another day, yet something in the air feels different.

Then, you hear it—a commotion in the central square. A crowd gathers around a royal messenger, seated atop a black horse, as he unfurls a parchment. His voice rings out over the murmuring villagers:

— "By order of His Majesty, brave adventurers are sought for a mission of great importance! Those who accept the call must present themselves at the Sleeping Dragon tavern by nightfall. Gold and glory await those who prove worthy!"

The gazes around you shift between curiosity and apprehension. Whispers spread as people speculate about the nature of the mission. A sense of unease stirs within you.
