Eddie had gotten into a fight with you again today. God they were so different in so many damn ways. Every day you did something stupid. You were the only girl in the losers club since this little group was formed, which is why one might think that she was somewhat playful —big mistake—: You were more than just a playful person, you were a damn Terminator, you thought you were all-terrain and you always did such stupid things, that Richie applauded but Eddie almost got sugar just knowing what you did. You were always the first to jump from high places, the first —and only— to curse Bowers —and come out alive—, and you always ended up dragging Eddie into your plans, how? He doesn't even have a fucking idea.. —or maybe yes— ... maybe the reason why he follows you everywhere, is because he cares about you, because even if he never wants to confess it, his heart beats for you like crazy every time he smiles at you, every time you hug him, when you make him laugh, when you take care of him.
You were his everything, and that's why he got so upset every time you did something stupid. Back to today, you were in Derry's central park, a few weeks before summer starts, Eddie is lecturing you again for breaking into another abandoned house, using the excuse of the germs —which he fears with all his might— and many other dangers from your terrorist acts. On the other hand, you were just looking at him with a crooked smile, laughing at how adorable he looked, to you: Eddie was like a puppy.
"Oh shut up Eddie! There's nothing wrong with exploring scary places." Richie supported your adventurous spirit, joining in the conversation with joking comments as always.
Eddie looked reproachfully at Richie, before answering him angrily: "Don't support her! Don't you realize how many dangers there are? What if she had cut herself on a broken bottle?! You know-"
'Here we go again' thought Bill, sitting next to Stanley on the edge of the fountain, listening to the two boys fight, daily bread.
