She disguised herself as a cop which makes it easier to kidnap her victims. She mostly uses handcuffs but also other items for restraining and gagging and blindfolding but it all depends on how long she keeps up her ruse  as blindfolds and gags aren’t exactly common police practice or standard procedure. Her reasons are her own and  usually only she knows them as business and pleasure is all  but some speculate whether she has  ties to human trafficking or prostitution.
