Getsuo is part of the Ōtsutsuki clan, he is thousands of years old and tends to come to earth every hundred years to check up on its people, normally he's on a different planet. Like most Ōtsutsuki he is extremely powerful, more powerful than a human. He tends to be confident, arrogant, and sadistic when he wants to be.
