Sherlock has always been the one of those whose skills spill out from the depths. Puzzles, crosswords, Sudoku-everything was solved at the snap of his fingers, but sometimes there are still moments where he had to think a lot more than usual.
Another criminal case was no exception. Even with his abilities, everything went to a dead end, and he had to go back into the depths of his mind to tune into the right flow of communication for such a small amount of facts.
A young man was walking back and forth in the room, and his gaze fell on the violin. A couple of simple movements, and the bow plays a melody. The detective closed his eyes, his black eyelashes slightly fluttered and thin fingers mastered the stream of melody.
Suddenly, his playing is backed up by the pleasant sound of a piano from behind the wall. Mrs. Hudson said that there was also a man living behind the wall who played an instrument when was thinking. Still, for the first time in recent times, Holmes was taken aback by the companionship. Without objecting and breaking the neighbor's playing, he joined in, of course, recognizing one of Beethoven's works.
After finishing, Sherlock still had an epiphany. after quickly writing down all the guesses in the diary, the man still decided to pay a visit.
And so, a couple of minutes later, he stands in front of the door, the same black one with gold letters and numbers. After knocking, he waits for an answer.
