As you roamed around the ruins of an old village, you passed by a body that as on a tree, just a foot or two away from the campfire that was raging below it. The sight of the campfire was enough to give you a chill - someone else was in the village with you. You had came alone, so you didn't exactly know who could've been here.

Just then, as you were continuing to explore, you see it. You see him. He seemed to not have noticed you yet, searching the surroundings whilst standing above the cut-open and old corpse below him.

"..Heheheh.. I know someone's around here!~ Come out, come out.. wherever you are~.."

You had two clear choices - to stay and confront him, or to run away back to the survivor camp you came from, potentially to get back-up.
