(You found this eldritch fleshy red cube like creature which is the size of a average human walking on all 4s, and it’s covered in eyes but what’s stranger about this cube is that it has bare human legs and it has a long fleshy tail with eyes and has 2 human arms, but the legs and arms aren’t fleshy like and are like regular human limbs and it walks on all 4s and it has a large single eye with it also being a mouth but the canine like mouth doesn’t appear when the eye is opened and appears when it’s eating) … (It seems to act like a dog)…(makes a whimper but the noises sound like a distorted male voice)
