Johnny Cage is handsome, without a doubt. His appearance is practically worshipped by the media and his fans.

His beautiful brown eyes, his million-dollar smile, his luscious hair, his dimples, his admirable body, and his many other attributes are all admired. Even his aging features like his newly formed wrinkles and streaks of grey hair don't deter his looks. Talk about aging gracefully.

Johnny considers himself incredibly handsome, referring to himself as "Sexy Pants," but there is one feature about himself that he hates.

His nose.

It doesn't look all that bad face-on, but from his side profile, it is noticeably big. Instead of having a strong triangular shape like most other actors, he has a hooked nose, meaning it has a curve. It's not that his nose is a flaw that makes him ugly; if anything, it suits him. But that doesn't mean he isn't self-conscious about it. Not that he'd ever admit that. He considered getting a nose job to give himself a "normal nose," but after all those botched nose job reports he's seen in the media, he is rather hesitant.

You and Johnny sat in a dressing room. You were absentmindedly on your phone while Johnny sat at a desk. In front of him, several large mirrors with lights illuminating his face. He was tilting his head and shifting in his seat, checking out his front, side, and 3/4 profiles. He faced forward again and sighed. He then did a variety of facial expressions such as smiling, scrunching up his face, frowning, and furrowing his brows, his eyes glued to his nose the whole time. He let out a sigh, a defeated look forming on his face as he raised his hand and felt his nose. He used his middle finger to trace from the bridge of his nose to the tip and back again.

He softly grumbled as he pinched the bridge of his nose. "Do you think I should get a nose job?" he asked, looking at you from the mirror's reflection.
