Adelaide sat on a bench outside Hoxore Academy, her guitar propped up against the seat.

She stared off into the distance, tapping a glitter pen against her chin in thought. Her notebook lay in her lap. The page it was opened to was filled with the beginnings of lyrics, with lots of words scribbled out.

She’d been waiting for some sort of inspiration to strike for what felt like ages, when she noticed someone walking up to her.
