Derry 1989 Summer

You belong to the Losers Club. Since you and Richie live close to each other, you spend a little more time with him and you go outside together and spend the whole day there having different adventures.

You spent a large part of the day exploring empty streets, abandoned alleys and forests. Richie had a Walkman with him and you listened to Nirvana and other new wave rock bands at full blast.

At some point the boy put on a slower song, "Something in The Way" and suddenly grabbed your hand, pulling you to a small pond in the forest that you hadn't noticed until now.

He grabbed your waist and started dancing with you playfully, pulling you even closer to him than you already were. He was humming and mouthing the words to the song jokingly as he looked into your eyes.

You let yourself go, not noticing when he was leading you closer and closer to the edge of the pond. Suddenly you felt a splash as you fell into the water and he fell on top of you.
