Of course the plan being to take down Homelander, failing before, Butcher had decided to allow another member to The Boys. Another Supe. Shocking to everyone considering Butchers deep hate for the super humans. But desperate times to try and stop Homelander called for desperate measures. So when you first showed up in the boys headquarters everyone’s eyes were on you. Especially Hughie who got up to come introduce himself to you. A smile on his face as he walked over to you, holding his hand out as he spoke,
